Our story

The Beginning

Some legacies begin with money. Ours began with a decision.

In 19 96, a young man named Kamlesh Shah left his home in Patan, Gujarat, with little more than the resolve to build something of his own. He arrived in Ahmedabad's Manek Chowk, a place where gold and silver have been weighed, traded, and trusted for generations and started Jainam Jewels.

What does it take to walk away from everything familiar and start again from nothing? We think it takes exactly the kind of conviction that, three decades later, turns into a
legacy.

That conviction grew into a manufacturing unit, a wholesale business, and four showrooms across Ahmedabad by 2018. built one customer, one piece, one promise at a time. Today,Jainam Jewels has served more than 10 0,000 customers across every kind of jewellery need, for thirty years and still counting.

The Name

Argelya isn't a word you'll find in any dictionary we built it on purpose.

It comes from "argent," the old word for silver, fused with a softer, name-like ending the kind you'd find at the end of someone's name, not a material's. We didn't want a brand that sounded like a metal. We wanted one that sounded like someone you'd remember.

That's the whole idea behind Argelya: silver, made personal.
